Russian Post, following other operators around the world, has suspended sending parcels with goods to the United States from August 26, 2025, due to the cancellation of duty-free import of goods worth less than 800 US dollars. Orders from the United States are accepted subject to the buyer paying for delivery by the courier service, since free delivery of orders is valid only for shipments by Russian Post.

International delivery of orders:
Orders with international delivery are sent by Post. Parcels are sent from Saint Petersburg Russia. The buyer receives a tracking number for the parcel. The buyer will be able to track the movement of the parcel on the Post website of their country or on websites where tracking of international parcels is available.

The tracking number for the parcel and a link for tracking the parcel will be sent to the buyer's.
